Overview

Eliot joined the Brussels TMT/IP department in November 2024 as an associate. He provides guidance to Belgian and international clients on a variety of TMT/IP matters, including both advisory as well as transactional work. Prior to that, he also gained experience working on cybersecurity, technology and data law in another law firm and in a consultancy firm.

Education and Qualifications

Eliot holds a Master of IT and IP Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master of Law from the Université de Liège.

He completed a year at Kobe University during his Master of Law. Eliot obtained a Bachelor of Law from the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles.

Eliot is fluent in French and English and is professionally proficient in Dutch and Spanish.
