  • 3P, a leading Belgian provider of public procurement software, on the sale of all of their shares to Eurazeo, a French private equity firm holding a portfolio of EUR 35 billion

 

Experience

During her studies, she focused particularly on Financial, Business and Corporate Law. She previously gained large experience in working in Corporate and specifically Corporate M&A during several internships in one of the most renown international and Belgian law and Consulting firms.
