Linklaters advises Plastic Omnium on the acquisition of Varroc Lighting Systems (VLS)

Linklaters has advised Plastic Omnium, a French industrial group specialised in the automotive sector, on the acquisition of Varroc Lighting Systems, a supplier of automotive lighting systems for an enterprise value of €600 million. The acquisition of Varroc Lighting Systems will enable Plastic Omnium to accelerate its roadmap with new automotive lighting offerings. 

Closing of the transaction is subject to the obtaining of required antitrust clearances.
