Linklaters advises on AM Green’s US$660m financing
Linklaters acted for the placement agents and investors on the successful issuance of senior secured notes due 2027 and a senior secured loan facility for an aggregate amount of US$660m by AM Green Power B.V., which is being guaranteed by AM Green B.V. (AM Green).
AM Green, co-founded by the founders of Greenko Group, is one of India's leading energy transition solutions providers.
