Linklaters advises on Republic of Indonesia’s dual-currency global bond issuance of US$1.85bn and EUR 600m

Linklaters advised the joint lead managers on the SEC-registered dual-currency global bond offering by the Republic of Indonesia (ROI), amounting to US$1.85bn and EUR 600m in aggregate principal amount. 

The transaction marks the ROI’s issuance of global bonds in SEC format for the seventeenth time, reflecting Indonesia’s continued access to the international capital markets and sustained investor confidence in its economic outlook.
