Clara has experience advising on cross-border and domestic transactions, including auctions, mergers, equity and asset sales, as well as on general corporate governance and securities matters. Her domestic and international practice spans a number of sectors, including financial services, energy and industrials & manufacturing. Clara also keeps the firm’s US M&A group apprised of the latest legal and market practice developments, as well as managing the technical legal training of the practice’s clients and lawyers.

Clara was seconded to the derivatives team at BlackRock in London for six months in 2013 and also spent time in the firm’s Hong Kong office for five months in 2014. She was also seconded to the global office of the general counsel at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York for three months in 2015.
