Overview

Jessica was previously Deputy General Counsel at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) prior to joining Linklaters in 2025. She led all litigation for the CMA for 8 years and prior to that litigated for nine years as the Government Legal Department representing the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence, the Attorney General’s Office amongst others.

Professional experience

Jessica has regularly appeared as the keynote and on panels on competition litigation.

She has also previously been a school governor as well as a trustee for a small charity supporting Syrian refugee women.

Education and qualifications

Jessica studied law at New York University School of Law and holds a MSc from the London School of Economics as well as a Diploma from King’s College in European Competition Law.
