Lisa is a Partner in the London office. She is a corporate law specialist and advises companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including public and private acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Lisa has particular expertise in advising companies and funds on strategic investments and private capital fundraisings within the technology sector and is recognised as a recommended lawyer for Fintech by Legal 500.

  • a leading global fintech company on the acquisition of a global payment services company based in the UK
  • a “big tech” company on multiple acquisitions of UK-based technology start-ups
  • a leading global payments company on the acquisition of a US-based payments software technology company
  • Investec on its disposal of the Kensington Group
  • Balfour Beatty on the defence of the proposed takeover by Carillion and disposal of Parsons Brinckerhoff
  • DP World on its acquisition of Unifeeder, a Danish ports and logistics company

Lisa holds a degree in Law (First Class Honours) and a degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney.
