Michal specialises in advising on debt capital markets products with a focus on structured finance, in particular true sale and synthetic securitisations and other secured financings of various asset classes.

Professional experience

Michal joined Linklaters in 2025 as an Associate.

Before joining Linklaters, he worked as a research assistant in the banking and capital markets department of a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt and as a trainee lawyer in a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and capital markets law in Mannheim and in an international law firm specialising in banking regulatory law in Warsaw.

Education and qualifications

Michal studied German Law and Economics (Unternehmensjurist, LL.B.) at the University of Mannheim.

He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe.

He speaks German, English and Polish.
