Overview

Mirit is an employee incentives specialist with particular expertise in executive pay, market abuse, financial sector pay, corporate governance and the impact of transactions on employee incentives. She advises on the practical implications of new regulatory developments for our financial sponsor, listed company and private company clients. Mirit is also an in-house technical expert, ensuring that our lawyers are up to date with developing market practice and legal knowledge.

Mirit is an experienced author, writing client alerts, news briefings, thought leadership articles and press commentary on a range of topics. She also presents and trains clients and our own lawyers extensively, both on legal topics and soft skills such as presentation, drafting and communication skills.

Mirit is a member of the Corporate & Regulatory Committee of the Share Plan Lawyers Group. She also represents the firm in discussions with industry bodies, regulators and the government on developments affecting our clients.

Professional experience

Mirit trained and worked at two other City firms before joining Linklaters. Before specialising in employee incentives Mirit also advised on pensions, personal tax and trusts. All these practice areas provide relevant backdrop in the employee incentives field.

Mirit is a member of the Corporate & Regulatory Committee of the Share Plan Lawyers Group

Mirit read Law at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge. 

She speaks Hebrew, Spanish and French.
