Sebastian advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law.

This includes, in particular, advice on workforce changes, restructurings, staff reductions and questions of works constitution law.

• An international hotel chain: comprehensive employment law advice and coordination of a cross-border project involving the secondment of German employees to seven EU countries, including coordination with national lus Laboris partner firms.*
