Xiaohui specialises in energy and infrastructure sector investment, project development and financing, and works closely with each of the major Chinese policy and commercial banks, Chinese corporates in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as international ECAs and commercial banks. 

Xiaohui is ranked as a Leading Individual for Banking & Finance / Projects & Energy by Legal 500 for six consecutive years. She is also ranked Band 1 for Projects and Infrastructure by Chambers. Xiaohui was awarded “Lawyer of the Year (Energy)” by China Law & Practice and Top 15 Female Lawyer Award by ALB China in 2018. She is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Hong Kong.

Xiaohui received a B.A. in journalism from People’s University of China and completed Common Professional Examinations and Legal Practice Course with College of Law of England and Wales.
