Linklaters has introduced a new policy and package of support for employees living with domestic abuse. Domestic abuse is indiscriminate of age, gender, race, profession or social background and during the Covid-19 pandemic there have been reports of adisturbing spike in domestic abuse cases – making working from home during lockdown measures an intimidating prospect for some people.
Organisations may feel that they have a good-hearted culture in place but sometimes people still do bad things.
We have been working with Crafty Counsel to produce a series of bite-sized videos, each aimed at exploring what culture is and why it matters through sharing what we have seen in legal practice.
