Linklaters Advises Alubar on US$110m Syndicated Term Loan
Linklaters advised Alubar Metais e Cabos S.A. (“Alubar”) and certain entities from the group in connection with a US$110 million syndicated loan with Alubar Metals Missouri, LLC, as the borrower. Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. acted as Lead Arranger.
