Linklaters Advises Arcor S.A.I.C. on US$350 Million Bond Issuance and Conditional Redemption of Existing Notes

Linklaters advised Arcor S.A.I.C. on its offering of US$350 million 7.600% Notes due 2033. The offering launched on July 21, 2025, priced on July 23, 2025, and closed on July 31, 2025. The notes are expected to be listed on the Bolsa y Mercados Argentina S.A. (BYMA), and admitted for trading on the BYMA and on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. Proceeds from the offering will be used for the conditional redemption of Arcor's outstanding Class 18 Notes, to refinance existing indebtedness, and for general corporate purposes.
