Linklaters advises Ardian, in joint venture with Rockfield, on a landmark student housing deal in Amsterdam
Linklaters has advised Ardian on the acquisition of the 596-bed Minervahaven student housing building in Amsterdam, one of the largest Dutch student housing transactions by gross asset value.
Recognised as “The Most Sustainable Purpose-Built Student Accommodation Asset in Europe,” Minervahaven offers modern studios and premium amenities in a central location. The acquisition is a key milestone in Ardian’s pan-European student housing strategy, developed in partnership with Rockfield. Together, Ardian and Rockfield have now invested over €300 million in top education hubs, including Florence, Bologna, and Barcelona.
