Linklaters advised Moolec Science SA (NASDAQ:MLEC), a science-based food ingredient company focused on producing animal proteins and nutritional oils in plants, on the successful closing of its strategic business combination with Bioceres Group Limited, Gentle Technologies Corp, and Nutrecon LLC. The closing resulted in an enlarged company structure with Moolec as the parent entity.
