A Guide to the ISDA 2020 IBOR Fallbacks Protocol and IBOR Fallbacks Supplement

The transition away from the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) and other IBORs was unlike any previous regulatory reform, it involved a considerable number of moving parts and was a significant technical challenge.

On the derivatives side the International Swaps and Derivatives Association Inc. (ISDA) drafted a number of documents to assist market participants in managing the transition.
