Linklaters advises the AXA Logistics Europe Fund in relation to the establishment of its €2bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Linklaters has advised the AXA Logistics Europe Fund in relation to the establishment of its €2bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme. It is expected that the net proceeds of the issuance of Notes under the Euro Medium Term Note Programme will be invested by the AXA Logistics Europe Fund into Eligible Green Projects as described in its Green Finance Framework.

The London capital markets team was led by partner Elaine Keats and counsel Rory Renshaw, with support from associate Liam Jenkins. The Luxembourg capital markets team was led by partner Melinda Perera and consultant Delphine Horn. The Luxembourg investment funds team was led by partner Hermann Beythan.
