Overview

Marius Ivanauskas is Chief Global Solutions & Operations Officer at Linklaters, based in Madrid. He brings over two decades of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and redesigning operating models across telecoms, banking, insurance and professional services. Before joining Linklaters, Marius held senior leadership roles at Zurich Insurance as Group Head of Transformation and Capability Delivery, and at Telia, Danske Bank and Barclays. He has led international teams of more than 3000 people and delivered major cross-functional transformations, including centralising global capabilities, shifting operating models, building scalable processes and driving right-shoring strategies across multiple continents. Known for integrating strategy, operations and people to drive sustainable excellence, Marius focuses on simplifying complex environments, strengthening organisational culture and enabling teams to perform at their best. He also serves as a non-executive board member of Ignitis, a renewables-focused integrated utility company.
