The team advises corporate trustees and agency services on a wide range of finance products, such as stand-alone bond and MTN programmes, equity-linked, regulatory and hybrid capital issues, covered bonds, securitisations, repackagings, Islamic finance, energy & infrastructure, secured lending and all other forms of asset-backed and structured finance and securitisation.
The corporate trusts team advises on post-issue matters, such as defaults, restructurings and refinancings, liability management and noteholder meetings and generally on the exercise of trustee powers, duties and discretions.
