Linklaters advised the financial parties on the A69 motorway concession

Following a competitive tender process, ATOSCA, a company created by a consortium led by NGE and which comprised the free-flow toll service provider ASCENDI and the infrastructure funds Quaero Capital and TIIC, has been appointed by the French government as concessionaire of the A69 motorway.

ATOSCA will be entrusted with the design, construction, financing, maintenance and operation of the 53 kilometer-motorway which will connect Castres (Tarn) to Verfeil (Haute-Garonne). The concession agreement was signed on April 20, 2022 concomitantly with the financing, and work is scheduled to start in 2023.
