Andreina is an associate, currently on secondment in São Paulo, in the firm’s Latin America group. She had previously been part of the Corporate group based in New York. She focuses her practice on M&A, capital markets and finance transactions. She is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

  • London Stock Exchange Group plc, LSEGA Financing pls and LSEG US FIN Corp: advising the placement agents on the updates to the US commercial paper program of the London Stock Exchange Group plc (the LSEG USCP Program). The firm also served as dealers’ counsel on the establishment of the LSEG USCP Program in April 2022. The primary updates included upsizing the program, adding a new U.S. finance vehicle issuer and adding floating rate note issuance mechanics to reflect the transition away from LIBOR.
  • A leading pension fund: advising on its joint acquisition with other partners of a stake in an offshore wind project in New York and New Jersey.
  • Elia Group: advising on the signing of a firm agreement to acquire a 35.1% stake in energyRe Giga Projects, a subsidiary of an independent US energy company.
  • OmnigenicsAI Corp: advising on the signing of a Business Combination Agreement with APx Acquisition Corp. I and MultiplAI Health Ltd, which is expected to result in OmnigenicsAI becoming a publicly listed company. We also advised OmnigenicsAI in respect of a share purchase agreement in respect of MultiplAI Health Ltd.
