Linklaters is advising Aperam S.A. (Aperam), a global leader in stainless and specialty steel solutions, on the agreed acquisition of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: USAP) in an all-cash transaction for $45.00 per share. This acquisition will be a key milestone in Aperam’s strategy to strengthen its market leadership, expand its product range, and increase its presence in high-growth sectors such as aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
