Linklaters advises Amundi Transition Energétique on the contemplated acquisition of a 121 MW portfolio of on-shore wind assets

Linklaters advises Amundi Transition Energétique on the contemplated acquisition of a portfolio of 12 on-shore wind assets located in France and Belgium from EDP Renewables.

This transaction has been submitted to the relevant works councils for their opinion. It will be implemented through several funds managed by Amundi Transition Energétique. The portfolio includes 11 operating wind projects located throughout France and one in Belgium. It has an aggregate installed capacity of 121 MW and an annual production of 273 GWh, which corresponds to the average yearly consumption of 54,600 households.
