Linklaters appoints Hubert Segain as Head of the Paris Corporate/M&A practice
Linklaters is pleased to announce the appointment of Hubert Segain as Head of the Paris Corporate/M&A Practice, effective from 1 May 2025.
With more than 25 years of experience, Hubert specialises in public and private M&A, joint ventures, stock exchange law, capital market transactions, corporate governance and group reorganisations. He is the lead relationship partner for many major French and international clients, whom he advises on a wide range of transactions.
Comprising around 50 M&A lawyers, including 8 partners (Mehdi Boumedine, Julien Bourmaud-Danto, Bruno Derieux, Nicolas Le Guillou, Florent Mazeron, Hubert Segain, Pierre Thomet and Pierre Tourres) and 5 counsels (Margaux Bognon-Küss, Véra Maramzine, Thomas Pontacq, Louis Prades and Yohann Smadja), our Paris practice advises on the most complex and innovative transactions on the market in a wide range of sectors, including banks and financial institutions, insurance, industry, automotive and mobility, consumer goods, healthcare, new technologies, energy and infrastructure.
