Andrew is a commercial litigator based in London who specialises in high stakes and crisis litigation, including funded group and class actions for major international organisations, business-critical public law mandates and complex fund and financing disputes.  His work frequently has a cross-border element or involves clients facing significant reputational or commercial risk. 

Andrew works in close collaboration with lawyers from the firm’s other market-leading practice areas, including Corporate, Finance, Funds and TMT in cross-office, multidisciplinary teams.

  • A global telecoms company on Ofcom’s consultation on competition issues arising from an auction of 5G spectrum usage rights, culminating in a judicial review of Ofcom's decision and an appeal to the Court of Appeal

  • A major investment bank in relation to the LME nickel market crisis
