• BNP Paribas: advising on the acquisition of an industrial property.
• CBRE Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,350 residential units in Germany from Vonovia for €560m, on the acquisition of a residential portfolio with almost 1,200 apartments in Berlin from Vonovia for €360m, the acquisition of the mixed-use property "Residenz am deutschen Theater“ in Berlin and the office building "Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz" in Berlin.
• Swiss Pillar Investments Europe: advising on the acquisition of the Mittenmang residential complex in Berlin with 142 apartments.
• Vodafone: advising on real estate aspects of Vodafone's strategic partnership with GIP and KKR for Vantage Towers.
• Carrier Global Corporation: advising on real estate aspects in connection with the €12bn acquisition of the Climate Solutions Business of Viessmann Group.

Julia studied law at the Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt University and KU Leuven. She completed a Master's degree (M. Sc.) in International Business Economics and Management. 

She speaks German, English and Russian.
