Being authentic means that you are being true to your personal identity. When people are authentic in the workplace, it allows them and their colleagues to thrive and perform at their best, and allows teams to benefit from diversity of thought and a culture of respect and inclusion. It’s only when people are authentic that the benefits of diversity can be fully realised. But how easy is it to be truly authentic in the workplace, particularly for those who identify as different from the majority?

Our LGBT+ colleagues and allies from Linklaters Hong Kong SAR discussed bringing your full self to work and the benefits it could bring.
