Swap Shop is a series of regular webinars intended to bring together legal specialists from across the market in a forum to "swap" information on regulatory developments and market practice as they relate to OTC derivatives.

Each webinar covers topical items at the time so the Agenda may be subject to last minute changes but in this session we provided an overview of the new 2022 ISDA Securities Financing Transactions Definitions and SFT Schedule Provisions and provided updates on EU clearing and the SEC rules regarding disclosure of significant equity stakes and reporting rules.
