EU/UK - The EU Regulatory Enforcement Outlook: a review of enforcement trends amongst the financial regulators in nine key EU jurisdictions

The provision of financial services is an international business, but regulatory responsibility remains largely with national competent authorities (“NCAs”). In this publication we consider the regulatory enforcement environment in ten key EU27 jurisdictions (our thanks to Arthur Cox for their contribution in respect of the Republic of Ireland), providing at-a-glance answers to questions about enforcement procedure and current areas of focus in each.
