Draft EBA guidelines on IFD remuneration

On 17 December 2020, the European Banking Authority (EBA) issued a consultation on its Guidelines on sound remuneration policies under the IFD.

The consultation is open until 17 March 2021, and the final guidelines will be published before the end of June 2021. Member States will have to notify the EBA as to whether they will comply with the Guidelines or explain any non-compliance.
