Italy - Covid-19: Decreto Rilancio converted into Law

On 16 July the Italian Parliament converted into Law the Italian Law Decree 19 May 2020, no. 34 ("Rilancio" Decree). The so-called "Rilancio" Law (i.e. Law 17 July 2020, no 77, the "Law") has been published in the Official Journal on 18 July 2020 and entered into force on 19 July 2020. During the process of converting the Decree into Law, some of the provisions introduced to address the economic impact of the Covid-19 were amended by the Parliament. We summarise the main amendments of the Law divided by area of application.
