UK - FCA postpones electronic format and continues extension for periodic reports

The Financial Conduct Authority has published a policy statement postponing certain requirements under the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) Regulation and confirming the continued availability of longer periods for issuers to publish annual and half yearly financial reports. This follows a consultation in the summer.
