Investor guidance for listed companies in 2022

As is usual towards the end of the calendar year, a number of organisations have started to issue advice for listed companies on good governance and best practice. Environmental, social and governance issues feature strongly in this year’s updates. New guidance includes that of the US proxy advisers, ISS and Glass Lewis, both of which have now updated their policy recommendations and voting guidelines for general meetings of listed companies held in 2022.
