FCA proposes changes to UK strong customer authentication regime and Approach Document

The FCA has launched its consultation on changes to the UK’s technical standards on SCA and its guidance on payment services and electronic money. Its proposals are intended to address “barriers to continued growth, innovation and competition in the payments and e-money sector”.
