FRC advice on disclosing departures from the UK Corporate Governance Code

The Financial Reporting Council has published guidance aimed at improving the quality of 'comply or explain' reporting. It encourages companies to make use of the flexibility offered by the UK Corporate Governance Code to choose what is best for them, whilst clearly explaining any departures from the Code.
