How to improve viability and going concern disclosures

The Financial Reporting Council has published a thematic review of companies' viability and going concern reporting. The review gives examples of good reporting but also highlights omissions and areas for improvement. The FRC reiterates that, when looking at improvements, companies should maintain a focus on providing better, more informative, company-specific disclosure which is still clear and concise and avoids unnecessary clutter
