UK Tax News is a round-up of recent UK tax developments relevant to large businesses.

In this week’s edition we report on the government’s announcement that “L-Day” for Finance Bill 2023 will be on 20 July 2022. There have also been some interesting cases, including on the application of the salaried members rules to members of an LLP. We have also reported on the government’s consultation to change the tax treatment of Sovereign Investors, the passage of the Energy (Oil and Gas) Profits Levy Bill through Parliament, and the OECD’s progress report on its Pillar One proposals.
