DBT seeks views on ways to streamline non-financial reporting

The Department for Business and Trade has published a call for evidence seeking views on the non-financial information UK companies are required to include in their annual reports. It focuses primarily on the requirements in Part 15 Companies Act 2006 and equivalent legislation for LLPs, although respondents are invited to comment on other reporting requirements that sit outside the annual report, including gender pay gap and modern slavery reporting.
