Supreme Court denies Deliveroo riders right to collective bargaining because they are not workers

In Independent Workers Union of Great Britain v Central Arbitration Committee and another, the Supreme Court held that the absence of an employment or worker relationship between Deliveroo and its riders meant that the riders had no collective bargaining rights.
