On 15 December 2022, the law of 28 November 2022 on the protection of whistleblowers of breaches of Union or national law established within a legal entity in the private sector (the “Whistleblowing Act; FR/NL”) was published in the Belgian State Gazette. Most provisions of the Whistleblowing Act will enter into force on 15 February 2023.
