Linklaters enters into formal agreement with Saudi Arabian firm, Zamakhchary & Co

  • Agreement creates stronger Linklaters presence in Saudi Arabia, supporting national, regional and international clients
  • Two senior Linklaters lawyers to be based in Saudi Arabia in agreement with Zamakhchary & Co

Linklaters has entered into an agreement with leading Saudi Arabian firm, Zamakhchary & Co. that will initially see two senior Linklaters lawyers locate to Saudi Arabia, to offer on-the-ground support to Linklaters clients operating or executing deals in the Kingdom as well as developing opportunities with Zamakhchary & Co.

The agreement follows the two firms having worked in close partnership for several years on international and cross-border matters, with a particular focus on transactions in Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Banking & Islamic Finance and Project Finance.
