Linklaters in another successful acquisition for Globalworth Poland

Polish Building

Linklaters advised Globalworth Poland on the acquisition of the Rondo Business Park office complex in Cracow. A team of real estate lawyers at the Linklaters Warsaw office was responsible for the comprehensive due diligence and transaction advice worth EUR 37 million. The acquired buildings are currently leased by Capgemini, UPC, Lux Med and Crif, among others, and were purchased from the German open-ended real estate investment fund CS Property Dynamic. This is another successful project from the Globalworth portfolio in Poland which we had the opportunity to participate in. Last year, we also advised Globalworth on the acquisitions of the Skylight and Lumen complex and Spektrum Tower.

The transaction team, which included Jędrzej Pałka, associate, and Małgorzata Szafrańska, junior associate, was led by Monika Lerka, senior associate. The team was also supported by Michał Mieciński, counsel, and Agnieszka Mencel, the Head of the TMT / IP practice. Bartosz Guziński, senior associate, Justyna Glinka, junior associate, Szymon Sieniewicz, LL.M. Eur., associate and Michał Pękała, associate, provided due diligence advice.
