Linklaters advises LUX MED on the acquisition of CM Mavit
Linklaters has advised LUX MED on its 100% acquisition of Centrum Medyczne Mavit Sp. z o.o. from its majority shareholder Resource Partners as well as the company’s founding minority shareholder. Centrum Medyczne Mavit is the operator of a premium ophthalmic hospital and diagnostic centre in Warsaw as well as a specialist ophthalmology, maxillofacial surgery and laryngology hospital in the southern Polish city of Katowice. LUX MED’s acquisition will significantly enhance the group’s portfolio of specialist medical services and further add to its nationwide network of healthcare facilities.
Completion of the acquisition will require final clearance from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
