Linklaters advised the banks’ syndicate on the Tikehau Capital bond issue of an aggregate amount

Linklaters advised the banks’ syndicate composed of BNP Paribas and Société Générale, as Global Coordinators and Joint Lead Managers, and Banca IMI S.p.A., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and UniCredit Bank AG, as Joint Lead Managers on Tikehau Capital’s bond issue of an aggregate amount of €500 million. The bonds have a maturity of 7 years and bear interest at a rate of 2.250 per cent. per annum. They have been listed for trading on Euronext Paris since 14 October 2019.

The proceeds of this issue will be used for Tikehau Capital’s general corporate purposes and the Group also reserves the option of repaying existing credit facilities.
