Euan Clarke elected as President of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association

Euan Clarke has been elected as President of the Insolvency Lawyers' Association (ILA). Euan, dispute resolution partner at Linklaters, has previously served as Vice-President and Treasurer of the Association.

Euan is the second Linklaters partner to hold the post, after Tony Bugg in the late 1990s.

The ILA is the body that represents restructuring and insolvency lawyers (solicitors, barristers and academics) in the UK. It provides a forum for its members to co-operate on matters of professional interest, to network and to share know-how, and represent industry’s view to Government and to other professional bodies having an interest in insolvency law and restructuring practice.

Richard Bussell, Partner, Linklaters, said:

“Euan's appointment is a great acknowledgement of not just his reputation in the insolvency market, but the strength of our market-leading R&I practice.”
