Linklaters appoints new Co-Heads of Restructuring & Insolvency

Linklaters has appointed Rebecca Jarvis and Richard Bussell as Global Practice Co-Heads of Restructuring & Insolvency. They begin their four-year term with immediate effect, succeeding Tony Bugg, who was recently appointed Global Practice Head of Banking. 

A partner since 2001,  Rebecca is experienced in all aspects of non-contentious reconstruction and insolvency work acting for banks, financial institutions, other creditors, corporate clients and insolvency practitioners in relation to recovery, reconstruction or distressed debt problems. She has acted on a wide range of work-outs, refinancings, receiverships and administrations and liquidations.  

Richard, a partner since 2002, acts on a wide range of financial and corporate restructurings, distressed M&A and formal insolvency proceedings and has considerable cross border and international experience and acts for all stakeholders.

The Linklaters team is currently working on assignments across European LBO restructurings, international multi creditor commodities and oil and gas restructurings, financial service restructurings and on large insolvency related matters.
