Linklaters continues to bolster U.S. Capital Markets practice with counsel hire

Linklaters today announces that Jonathan Ching has joined the firm in New York as a counsel in its U.S. Capital Markets practice specializing in structured finance and derivatives.

Jonathan joins Linklaters from Jones Day where he has been a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance practice since 2011. He has significant experience in over-the-counter derivatives and futures and regularly provides assistance to clients on regulatory issues, including Dodd-Frank clearing and trading mandates, SEF rules and jurisdictional matters, ISDA Protocols, recordkeeping and transaction reporting, CPO and CTA registration, and cross-border application of derivatives regulation. Jonathan also has experience in structured notes, securitizations, and other structured products.
