Vladimir Melnikov joins Linklaters as the head of the Moscow Dispute Resolution practice

Linklaters announces the appointment of Vladimir Melnikov, who joins as a partner and the head of the Moscow dispute resolution practice on 25 September. Vladimir has a broad dispute resolution experience advising Russian and international private and state-owned banks and corporates on cross-border litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy and asset recovery matters as well as regulatory investigations.
